The staff are very nice and helpful. The food is great, not only the breakfast, but also we have our lunch and dinner there. The location is good too, we can enjoy the view of the Castle Neuschwanstein directly from the balcony of our room. There is a Tourist Information Centre in the opposite street and we can rent a bike from the two shops nearby too. It's great to be there, highly recommend!!!
It's close to the street, the main road, so it's a bit noisy at night because of the traffic.

Hotel is in a very good location for walking and cycling.( Proximity to lake, cable-car and castle of Neuschwanstein.) An excellent view of the castle from our bedroom window. Our room was very clean and modern with a very nice 'wet room'.
Being on a main road, our room was a little noisy, however, the double-glazing was pretty effective and there wasn't much traffic at night.

Excellent facility with a beautiful view of Neuschwanstein castle and the Alps beyond. Food in the restaurant was very good and the included breakfast was very good. Staff went out of their way to prepare an early breakfast for us since we had to leave before the regular breakfast was served.

Staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when asking for extra items for our room. Dinner was delicious, restaurant service was great. Parking no problem. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean and tidy and very spacious.
The curtains should be darker as the sun woke us up much earlier than our alarm due to the brightness in the room.
